What's in it for you?
* DIRECT HIRE - PERMANENT ROLE
* Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
* Overtime AS NEEDED including but not limited to weekends and/or holidays
* Full time hours
* Location: Cypress, CA (NOT REMOTE) (ON SITE)
* Starting salary at $35k/year+++ DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
What you'll be doing:
* Manage a multi-line telephone system.
* Familiar / Efficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Work, Excel, etc.)
* Basic knowledge of CRM system
* Independently handle customer call with minimum support
* Solid communication skills
* Ascertain customer information and forward them on to the appropriate area for support
* Maintain all logs and reporting documentation as required
* Perform other duties as assigned
* Maintain customer information in regards surveys and record them in the system
* Ability to apply critical thinking in order to manage difficult customer situations
* Other duties as assigned.
Who we're looking for:
* Minimum 1 year of customer service (call center environment) and/or reception experience REQUIRED
* Associates degree or trade school certification REQUIRED - RECENT college grad a PLUS
* Ability to use basic computer software and and/or computer equipment
* Detail oriented for accuracy
* Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Screen
* COVID-19 Vaccination REQUIRED
