Job Description
Manpower is currently hiring experienced Customer Service Representatives for a Call Center position in the Reading, PA area. Candidates will have the choice between working on site, remote, or even a hybrid schedule!
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Rep will be the first point of contact between the customer and the company. You will assist customers via phone calls and chat. Types of calls you may handle include:
Starting a new line of business
Billing inquiries, updating billing information, processing payments
Change of service address
Cutting off service
Collections calls
Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the posting country
A high school diploma/ GED (will require proof)
Ability to provide employment verification for your last 2-3 employers
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Schedule and starting rate:
Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm schedule, with occasional availability until 6pm for outage issues.
Pay rate starting at $14 per hour with a career track program leading to higher pay and positions within 1-2 years.
