Call Center Job Summary

Responds to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS and Chat; provide customers with the highest level of customer concern. Analyzes problems, identifies trends, and provides information/solutions in accordance with the company's ethics and code of conduct. Receives and escalates customer concerns in order to achieve a one call resolution. Maintains detailed and current knowledge of Client Specifications.

Call Center Job Duties and Responsibilities

* Answer all incoming calls

* Provide excellent customer service; answer questions and inquiries

* Resolve customer complaints and problems; offer possible solutions

* Manage call center database; enter new information as necessary

* Maintain working equipment

* Follow company regulations and report malfunctions

Call Center Job Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer support role; recommended but not required

* Strong analytical skills

* Strong phone and verbal communication skills including active listening

* Familiarity with Computer platforms; i.e.: Word, Excel

* Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

* Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Must be able to work remote with dual monitors and high speed internet.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required.
