Job Description

Are you a call center professional looking for a new opportunity? Our client in the Banking sector is looking for upbeat, energetic candidate for a Call Center- Skip Trace agent role

What's in it for you?

* $16.77 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay

* Paid weekly, every Friday

* Tuesday to Saturday

* 8AM to 4PM

* Location: Vancouver Down Town

What is the job?

*Skip Trace agents attempt to reach clients with whom CAM has lost touch with. Clients whose contact numbers have not successfully connected, or clients with no contact information at all.

*Skip Trace agents work is distributed via a dialer system, where adherence to work plan and accuracy of notation is important.

*Following set validation procedures are extremely important. Once using various methods to reach a client, right party contacts are transferred to a credit counsellor after a client's demographic information is updated.

*In some circumstances, Skip agents will complete instruction to debit a clients account, following outlined procedures.

What do you bring to the job?

*Clear, concise over-the-phone communication
