Job Description

A leading client of ours has an opportunity in their Marketing Operations department for Campaign Delivery Manager.



What you will do

1. Become an expert user of imimobile products used to deploy messaging campaigns.

2. Liaise with imimobile's clients and other partners in the support of deploying customer campaigns.

3. Work closely with the Managed Services team to set-up and deploy multi-channel campaigns via email, SMS, MMS, RCS, Apple Business Chat, WhatsApp, etc.

4. Ensure that all internal processes are followed so that projects are fully documented, tested, tracked, and properly invoiced.

5. Provide subject matter expertise and best practices to Client campaign teams to give their customers the best user experience.

6. Participate in client meetings with Account Management teams and leadership.



Job Details:

$38 pre hour

1 year contract, potential for hire

Remote due to COVID

Hybrid post-COVID with min 1-2 days/week in office- Downtown Toronto



Required skills

1. Professional approach and attitude, customer service orientation, and a keen attention to detail.

2. A clear technical interest and aptitude in technology. Technologies such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, Jira JQL, would all be advantageous.

3. Intermediate-or-better understanding of Excel - - e.g. formulas, pivot tables, etc.

4. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

5. Ability to take the initiative and problem solve.

6. Ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.



Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years professional experience

2. Graduate diploma or degree

1. Experience with marketing communications and/or campaign deployment tools.

2. Experience in the mobile and/or messaging industries.

3. Experience analyzing data related to program success, liaising with the reporting team, and creating reports and presentations for internal and external consumption.
