Job Description

The Candidate Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for executing on sourcing strategies, building qualified / diverse candidate pipelines, and providing the best experience for candidates.


* Actively source qualified candidates using internet databases, social media, employee referrals, as well as other sources

* Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates

* Source talent from historically underrepresented groups

* Rigorously prioritize, organize, and multitask; simultaneously building and managing diverse candidate pipelines for multiple roles at varying levels of the organization and stages in the process

* Work with recruiters to understand hiring needs and goals

* Establish proactive recruiting strategies to develop passive candidate pools and ensure adequate applicant flow for all assigned open positions

* Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies

* Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates via social media recruiting, LinkedIn recruiter, Indeed, and other passive sources

* Identify and screen a high volume of potential candidates

* Engage, qualify, and evaluate potential candidates

* Conduct research to understand the market and competitive factors

* Develop relationships with candidates and give them a highly professional and world-class candidate experience

* Demonstrate knowledge and excitement about our business and be able to answer basic questions about KONE

* Support and improve our recruiting processes as it relates to sourcing and identifying candidates

* Use Recruitment Marketing tools and Workday to track impact/performance metrics

* Coordinate and attend career and college fairs, and similar events, as needed

* Assist with key recruiting initiatives from diversity and inclusion, employee branding and other programs

* Other duties as assigned


* Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar

* 3+ years of candidate sourcing experience in a corporate or agency environment

* Experience sourcing for a variety of roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions

* Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, Boolean strings and other sourcing methods

* Ability to recommend and execute ideas, strategies, and initiatives across Talent Acquisition

* Strong analytical skills and ability to identify key metrics to measure and monitor

* Experience with Workday and/or other HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools

* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills

* Ability to shift focus and priorities easily

* Strong preference for conversational Spanish and/or French
