Job Description

Manpower is seeking a skilled Case Manager for our client in Huntington, WV. This is a great direct hire opportunity for an excellent social services organization.



Job Responsibilities:



* Effectively maintain a caseload of 150 to 250 families.

* Follow Child Care Policy Procedures, which may include verifying information received from families, conduct eligibility redetermination, issue certificates, etc.

* Guide families in selecting childcare.

* Assist families in securing appropriate financial and family support community resources.

* Accept referrals from the WVDHHR, TANF and WV Works.

* Travel within an assigned region if needed or requested.

* Participate in preparing or attending community outreach opportunities such as job fairs or community events.

* Enter data in a computer database and complete reports as needed.



Requirements:



* Bachelor s Degree in a human services field.

* Excellent verbal, written communication, and computer skills

* Dependable transportation

* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

* Experience in a human services organization

* Able to organize, work collaboratively in team environments, and maintain high level of confidentiality and customer service.
