Job Description

Manpower is currently hiring for a Change and Communication Lead - Content Management Program



What's in it for you?

* $62.87 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay

* Paid weekly, every Friday

* Monday to Friday

* 12 Month Contract



OCM Overall Tactical Activities:

- Support the Program OCM Lead in implementing the Change Management strategy.

- Apply Change Management process and tools to effectively support the adoption of the changes required by the program.

- Conduct change impact assessments and gather data to assess change readiness in the organization.

- Identify stakeholders and maintain a stakeholder registry at the program level.

- Identify and implement change resistance plans and activities.



Communications Tactical Activities:

- Work with subject matter experts and project track leads to identify key messages for project and targeted communications.

- Identify engagement and communication requirements outside of the program to support other impacted stakeholders.

- Support the implementation of the Program and Project Track communication's campaign.

- Assist in the creation of communication materials.



Training Tactical Activities:

- Support the track and OCM leads in the implementation of the end user training

- Work with the OCM lead and subject matter experts in conducting training needs analysis and identify training stakeholders

- Liaise with project track subject matter experts in creating fitting-for-purpose learning content for each training component in alignment with the vendor requirements

- Support the OCM Program lead in developing and implementing training evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of the end user training

- Support the delivery of the transition and handover plan to the business track lead



What do you bring to the job?

- Related Degree/diploma complemented by 5+ years of broad Change Management experience

- 5+ years cross functional business exposure preferred

- ProSci training desired

- Deep knowledge and understanding of organizational change management principles

- Organizational Effectiveness methods and tools

- Strong project management knowledge of approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

- Knowledge and experience of major systems implementation methodology required. Knowledge of Maximo and Click Scheduler or equivalent (i.e. SAP) would be an asset

- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal

- Strong leadership and relationship management, team building skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in the organization

- Ability to think and act strategically while demonstrating strong analytical skills to understand and synthesize detailed impact assessments and processes

- Demonstrated innovation and creativity

- Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint



Nice to have qualifications:

- Post-secondary degree in Communications, Business Management, HR or Education

- Content management experience

- Mergers and acquisition integration experience
