Job Description

What is the Job?



· Responsible for the migration of clients from a legacy application to a new and more streamlined cheque fraud mitigation service.

. Responsible for meeting with and answering client questions/issues, offering possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Reviews client documentation/information obtained by client contacts within the business units.

. Review client data on account opening forms to ensure accurate and in order with area requirements

. Takes personal accountability for high level performance

. Works effectively as an individual contributor and as a team player

. Ensures all documents are examined for completeness/accuracy

. Utilize databases to retrieve customer information

. Resolve problems at first point of contact and refer more complex situations to senior officers

. Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain product information, and address complaints

. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of business transactions and other activities

. Compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports



What Do You Bring to the Job?

. HS Diploma or equivalent

. 10+ years minimum relevant experience

. Prior experience in financial services is an asset.

. Experience dealing with clients virtually, resolving issues and explaining services

. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information

. Prior experience with Cheque Fraud Mitigation services is an asset

. Proficient user of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and other data management applications

. Prior experience in documentation management is an asset

. Knowledge of financial systems and associated procedures is an asset
