What will you be doing?
* Taking high volume inbound calls for the utilities department
* Working in multiple systems and screens
What do you bring?
* Recent experience with customer service (1 year of recent call center preferred)
* Ability to multitask, do research and resolution, one all resolution
* Experience working in multiple systems
* Strong data entry skills
* Friendly and personable disposition
