Job Description

Manpower is hiring for a Client Advocate and it is a Direct Hire Position!

As a Client Advocate/Customer Service Advocate, you will have a firm understanding of each client and project requirements, able to work to facilitate the client requests per their expectations or reset expectations; lead all aspects of client program implementation, maintenance and/or expansion; probe, clarify, determine clients' needs to develop effective solutions; cultivate strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction; delver customer service excellence, issue resolution, and account retention; perform job functions independently to achieve task and projects assigned; cultivate client relationships through ongoing follow-up communication while working with internal resources to consistently meet needs and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.

Salary: $46,000 to $50,000 depending on experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be detail-oriented;

Must be able to create, navigate, formulate and operate with a high level of skill within MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook;

Excellent oral and written communication;

Bachelor's Degree preferred,

Working knowledge of Healthcare Industry, including HIPAA preferred;

Must have previous experience scheduling and managing conference calls within Outlook;

Must have previous experience conducting in-person and virtual meetings with clients.

Must be willing to be on-call through email and phone (laptop and company cell phone provided);
