Job Description
Manpower of WV is hiring a Collections Representative for an employer in Charleston, WV. The Collections Representative will be responsible for various loan servicing to include collection and delinquency functions which require the exercise of good judgment, the application of the company policies, procedures and direct contact with the public. Confidentiality must be maintained at all times.
Job Duties:
Complete all collection activity in compliance with investor requirements and other regulations
Monitor delinquent loans through the foreclosure process, preparing delinquency reports as necessary
Provide borrowers counseling electronically, over the phone or in person.
Issue Right To Cure and other various collection letters
Analyze and prepare files for account submission to the foreclosure committee
Assist with daily payments
Serve as a backup for filing notices required by investors/insurers
Meet monthly call goals as required
Provide support to complete any function within the loan Servicing area as needed.

Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of 2yrs experience in mortgage loan collections
Delinquency and/or clerical functions
Criminal Background/Drug Screen
Must meet background / drug screen requirements
