Job Description

Manpower is hiring Commercial Coordinator Assistant well-established client in the Manufacturing sector in Burlington, Ontario.

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday to Friday

Pay rate: $30/hr

What is the job?

* Check for completeness and accuracy of order information in comparison to the customer's purchase order.

* Process new orders in the system and update order / item information, as needed.

* Process change notices / price changes and complete financial reconciliations.

* Support the coordination of any short shipments.

* Proactively communicate order status information to the Commercial Project Coordinators.

* Investigate pricing discrepancies and make any necessary updates to the order to address them

What you bring to the job?

* College Diploma specializing in Business or Materials Management

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1-3 years in Materials or Customer Service role in a computerized MRP Environment preferred

* Good time management capabilities.

* Good communication, planning and organizational skills.

* Product and component knowledge an asset
