Consumer Marketing Specialist/Manager - Perm Position
The Consumer Marketing Specialist/Manager plays a key role within the Hillsboro, NH based marketing team(currently remote).
Consumer Marketing Management
Put the consumer front & center in all we do.
Adapt and be relevant to what is happening in the marketplace & competitive landscape
Drive consistent & ownable brand positioning. Ensure integration of all marketing mix elements, driving cohesive & impactful messaging & trademark consistency
Develop solid briefs & lead team & agency initiatives from briefing to implementation & ensure integration & alignment with all key stakeholders to develop programs that build equity, drive penetration & deliver business results
Measure success through ongoing tracking against established objectives & adjust in real time as needed. Conduct post-launch analyses for all key initiatives & share with all relevant cross-functional partners
Research industry trends and opportunities to close gaps in business objectives & drive business forward
Media Planning
Full understanding across multiple platforms - OTT, digital, search, social, TV, radio, OOH, etc.
Work with management to develop brief & budget parameters based on learning from prior analyzing, reporting & optimization. Oversee day-to-day management of media agency in executing established plan, driving ongoing optimization, seeking out & executing relevant added-value partnership deals, & taking managed risks.
Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling a plus.
Sales Marketing Management
Partner with shopper marketing specialist to ensure overall consumer marketing communication, marketing related sell-in decks, trade shows, store audits, store specific consumer promotions & other types to align on all brand messaging/creative & are appropriate for channels
Partner with shopper marketing specialist to ensure merchandising materials for key retailers align on all brand messages & creative
Digital/Website/Social Marketing Collaborate with marketing team to drive content, creative & communication integration across all consumer marketing initiatives (digital, ecomm, social marketing partners)
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field required; MBA or related master's degree preferred.
Must be a resourceful, technically savvy, and detail-oriented team player who has had success in working with cross functional teams/projects
7+ years minimum hands-on experience with the following criteria:
Brand marketing/brand management experience with CPG and retailer experience (4 years)
Modern marketing capabilities including digital/social/search, connected commerce and personalization
Highly creative with Adobe suite experience
Experience managing and optimizing traditional, social media and digital advertising campaigns
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Self-motivated, team first approach, fosters new ideas, accountable, excellent communication and leadership skills, strong decision-making skills, collaborative, dependable, strong integrity, curious, data-driven
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, effectively manage your time, and meet timelines
