Manpower has partnered with a leading Canadian Bank. Our client is in search of a Bilingual Contact Center Representative III for 4 months.
Bilingual Contact Center Representative I $26.21/hr

- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm.
- No weekends and no overtime.
- Ongoing support and training.
- Be part of a great and easy-going team.
- This position is hybrid usually 2-3 days in office on rotation.
* What's the Job?
- Servicing clients that are subscribing to cash management services
- Possible inquiries: account issues i.e. password reset, account access, error messages, etc.
- Technical support withing cash management services
* Qualifications
* Bilingual (English / French)
* Technically Savvy (familiarity with browsers, internal software, MS suites)
* Strong Communication (verbal and written)
* Confidence
* Previous contact center experience (preferably within the financial industry)
* EDUCATION:
High school diploma with 3+ years customer service experience.
