Job Description

Do you have experience as an HR Assistant assisting the HR Department in screening & interviewing applicants? Are you looking for a full-time position that helps build your HR skills & experience? Are you comfortable working on a temporary 2-month assignment for our client located in the City of Walnut? If so, APPLY NOW!

* Full time hours (40hr work week)

* Location: Walnut, CA

* Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

* Temporary 2-month Contract

* $20/hour

What you'll be doing?

* Screening applicant resumes & interviewing candidates

* Recruiting qualified candidates for open positions

* Heavy data entry by entering candidate/employee information into the database and creating spreadsheets containing data

* Communicate with candidates & employees on HR matters

* Follow up with hiring managers on candidate interviews

* Assist the HR department in any HR matters

What's required for this position?

* Previous experience with recruitment is REQUIRED

* Proficient in Excel, Outlook & Microsoft Word.

* Professional communication & follow up skills

* Experience related to Human Resources

* Ability to pass a criminal background check
