Job Responsibilities


Alignment of technical details during project phase

Support in ensuring the implementation of global standards in the fi eld of automation (e.g. PLC library,ePlan)

Ensuring the system's availability for the installation of equipment (e.g. space, infrastructure)

Management of the technical interfaces of assembly modules from diff erent suppliers

Monitoring the validity and quality of deliveries from external equipment suppliers

Support in the planning, design, installation and optimization of production facilities

Support in the technical handover of production equipment

Identifi cation of market trends and innovations

Support in the planning, design, installation and optimization of Automation Equipment

Preparation of E-plans for standard equipment

Program robot paths, set up program structure and implement offl ine programming

Design and simulation reviews (Robot Studio)

Adjust base programs to meet project specifi c needs

Provide robotic support and training as required

Travel locally and internationally

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fi eld

3+ years Control Engineering experience, robot programming PLC programming (Siemens, etc.)

Programming knowledge of CC+, SPS and robot programs

Knowledge of E-Plan software and TIA programming

Knowledge according to plant technologies: screwing, dosing, transport (FTS, conveyor technology), MES,PLC/HMI and EOL

Good understanding of IO, transfer of information between Robot and PLC, and PLC functionality

Experience in CAD e.g. Auto-CAD, Solid Works, MS-Offi ce

Knowledge of electrical installation and mechatronics as well as in the area of machinery installation

Technical understanding of machine parts and drawings

High understanding of Maintenance concepts (PM, PdM, CM)
