As a Cook Senior, you will/must have:



* accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.

* Knowledge of temps for, cooking and reheating fish, pork, ground beef, and chicken, the proper cooling procedure of food, and holding temps of cold and hot food.

* Record temps to HACCPS forms.

* ServSafe certification is preferred but not necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:



* Candidates shall be authorized to work in the US without any sponsorship.

* Candidate shall have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

* Candidate shall be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.



PAY RATE AND SCHEDULE - $21 per hour | 11:30am-8pm with weekend availability
