As Cook, Cooking and reheating of fish, pork, ground beef, chicken, proper cooling procedure of food, holding temps of cold and hot food. Is expected to record temps to HACCPS forms. Serve safe certified is a preferred but not necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must have a High school Diploma or GED.



Candidate must have a experience in Cooking and Food Preperation
