Job Description

Highlights:



Swing shift $19.60 hr.



Overnight shift $21.60 hr.



Multiple Shifts Available:



Swing Shift (2:30pm- 11:15pm)



Overnight (10:00pm- 6:30am)



What is in the job?



Interact with the public consistently and daily



Provide high level of customer service



Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.



Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks and countertops



Replace supplies in the bathrooms (toilet paper, paper towels, soap) and wipes down surfaces.



Empty all trash cans, replace lines, and clean receptacles as necessary.



Place full trash bags 55-gallon bucket on castes. When full wheel to dumpster chute for disposal.



Cleaning windowsills and windows.



Maintain janitor closest in a clean safe and operable condition.



What you bring to the job



Ability to communicate using a 2-way radio



Ability to work both independently and in a team environment



Must have the ability to walk periods of 6.5 hours or more.



Be able to work odd hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays



Carry backpack style equipment for more than 3 hours at a time.
