Job Description

The main role of the customer care specialist is the coordination of all aspects of the export process (including, but not limited to, billing, rate quotation, approval of vendor invoices, etc.)



Your Responsibilities

- Impeccable customer service

- Coordination of all aspects of the export process (including, but not limited to, billing,

rate quotation, approval of vendor invoices, etc.)

- Proactive Tracking & Tracing of Shipments & timely follow up on any foreseen delays

- Mandatory daily correspondence with overseas offices

- Work closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to customers

- Perform other duties as assigned

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks, must be organized

- Proven analytical and problem solving skills

- Work effectively via phone, fax, e-mail. Good planning and organization skills; ability to multitask and be a self-starter
