Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



* Provides account information to customers including but not limited to account balances, histories, and stop payments.

* Performs maintenance, placement/ and changes for all account types.

* Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries and escalates as needed.

* Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and providing them information as needed about the Company products and services that are most appropriate to their situation.

* Maintains knowledge of changes to products/industry

* Has direct communication with Sales Team regarding orders

* Prepares reports and correspondence as needed.

* Manages the customer order from start to finish, from time of entry through delivery.

* Assists Sales Teams with phone support to ensure phones are answered. Assist customers as required.

* Process Custom Orders once approved by Customer.

* Verifies to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' requests.

* Process and track pre-shipment paperwork, order changes

* Coordinate any delivery date changes with sales team and customers

* Assist customer with any problems on order after delivery.

* Work with Accounting Team on processing invoices

* Document workflow and work procedures; makes recommendations on process improvement were appropriate and audits as necessary.

* Demonstrate Enthusiasm - be a positive and encouraging presence in the office.

* Other duties as assigned.
