● ON SITE TRAINING 4 - 5 WEEKS REQUIRED
● Equipment provided by the client
● REMOTE position (work from home) AFTER on-site Training is complete
● MUST BE CA RESIDENT - NEAR RANCHO CORDOVA, CA
● Languages Supported: Spanish Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Armenian, Russian, Thai, Laotian (ANY REQUIRED)
● 1st Shift: 8:00am - 6:00pm (schedule REQUIRES on-site training)
● Competitive wages starting at $15.50/hour
What you'll be doing:
● Answer incoming calls for a high-volume call center
● Assist callers with filing claims
● Data entry
● Research and verify claims for accuracy
Who we're looking for:
● Previous Customer Service experience with a minimum of 1 year REQUIRED (Call Center Preferred)
● Tech Savvy - Computer Proficient
● Great attitude and ability to work in a team
● Ability to prioritize tasks and execute multiple productive activities
● High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED)
● Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
