● Training REQUIRED IN Anaheim from 3 - 6 weeks
● REMOTE position (work from home)
● 1st Shift: 7:00am - 8:00pm (schedule REQUIRES flexibility)
● Competitive wages starting at $15/hour

What you'll be doing:
● Answer incoming telephone calls and satisfy customer needs
● Confirm, schedule and reschedule services for the customer
● Data Entry - Some Billing/Invoicing
● Work with sales representatives and service specialists to maintain accurate customer records, monitor accounts receivables and process accurate payroll information.
● Computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
● Verbal and written communication skills, including telephone techniques and etiquette
Who we're looking for:
● Previous Customer Service experience with a minimum of 1 year REQUIRED (NO RETAIL/FOOD INDUSTRY)
● Tech Savvy - Computer Proficient
● Great attitude and ability to work in a team
● Ability to prioritize tasks and execute multiple productive activities
● High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED)
● Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
