We are seeking a Customer Service Associate that will be responsible for providing on-site service and technical support.

Responsibilities:
-Provide customers with technical support including the servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing of products
-Effectively develop rapport with customers to identify best products to fit their needs and close the sale
-Communicate information on other products to promote cross-selling opportunities and service existing customers
-Submit daily and weekly reports of products and customers serviced and other reports as necessary
-Assist the service team as needed
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Ability to prioritize and multitask
-Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge preferred
-Product servicing and/or repair experience preferred
