What you would do:
Duties & Accountability
· Provide support to customers, vendors, the warehouse, the Sales team and the Customer Service team.
· Perform various clerical and administrative activities, including document production, calendar management, inquiry response (phone, email or other), call and message routing, product and package mailing, document and sample management and presentation development.
· Fill-in for other positions as needed to ensure excellent customer service and business reputation. Greet and assist office visitors.
· Collaborate with Sales team to engage with customers and resolve any issues that arise throughout the quoting and order work flows. Process, update and monitor customer orders while ensuring accurate order status within company systems.
· Review artwork proofs prior to sending on to customers, Sales team or manufacturers.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

* Be competent in reviewing and proofing documents and samples.
Extra Experience:
* An individual with experience in Printing and/or Promotional Products.
