Join our team at our new facility in Castroville, CA.
Responsibilities:
* Work with customers once their order is placed to make sure all details have been completed including custom designs
* Follow up with customers on oven status
* Communicate with production on tasks needed
* Work with production to insure order fulfillment is running smoothly
* Manages A/R report and reaches out to customers for customer payments
* Work with shipping department to ship ovens promptly
* Complete reporting as needed
* Answer inbound customer telephone calls
* Process warranty claims
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
* Excellent telephone skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Computer skills and experience with Google Docs
