Customer Service Representative
Our client in Northwest Edmonton is looking for an experienced customer service representative on a temporary work assignment. The ideal candidate will be joining one of Canada's largest mobile network companies providing excellent customer service for new and existing clients looking to purchase new products. Tasks include setting up devices with new SIM cards, updating client databases, and dealing with customer concerns as necessary. If you are a people-person with an understanding of the value of good communication skills, we are looking for you!
Shifts:
* Full Time Temporary
* Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What you'll be doing:
* Welcoming appointment based and walk-in users
* Check users in the system
* Identify how many authorized devices require a SIM swap
* locate the user's assigned SIM
* swapping old SIM and putting new SIM in device
* Ensure the new SIM is working by encouraging user to make a test phone call
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Requirements:
* Proven customer support experience is an asset
* Strong communication skills
* Customer orientation ability to adapt/respond to different types of people
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
