Customer Service Representatives (Work from Home)- $18.00 Hourly

The Customer Representative (Work From Home) will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services. Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity. Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.

What's the Job?

* Responding to calls regarding insurance benefit telephone inquiries, among them 95% calls are Inbound Calls

* Assisting with inquiries from client subscribers with their plans and insurance services

* You excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while exhibiting a calm and professional manner

* You have exceptional technical capabilities, research skills and your attention to detail is always a priority

* You are confident in your ability to learn and apply information quickly

* Previous customer service experience in a contact center, retail environment or service industry

* Previous experience in a contact center environment would be considered a tremendous asset, however, not required

* Knowledge of financial services would also be an asset

What Do You Bring to the Job?

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Strong hold of communication skills in English

* Good of communication skills in French is an asset but not required

* Minimum of 40-45 WPM with 90% accuracy

* Superior experience in Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel)

* Previous customer service experience is preferred.

* Able to pass background checks is needed

* Able to pass background credit is needed

* Will start on September 2020
