What is the responsibilities of the job:
1 Answer Customer and Sales Reps phone calls.
2 Respond to customer and sales rep inquiries.
3 Communicate order information to sales, service, credit and transportation.
4 Provide basic product information to customer.
5 Provide answers to Policy and Procedure questions.
6 Issue pick-ups/returns.
7 Review and verify order submittal criteria.
8 Enter orders and process orders to credit, manufacturing and transportation.
9 Coordinate order expediting.
10 Coordinate order revisions.
11 Process approved sales samples.
12 Process production and paper pilot orders for Manufacturing.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
