Job Description

Our client in Desert Hot Springs are, is seeking a Customer Service I to join their team. As a Customer Service I, you will be part of the Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will have great face to face client service, clerical, payments processing which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

  • Utility Payment processing
  • Customer Service
  • Responds to customer inquiries and complaints regarding utility services.
  • Routinely handles a variety of problems related to concerns with the accuracy of meter readings, high consumption bills, delinquent accounts, stuck meters, and billing errors.
What’s Needed?
  • Cash handling
  • Bilingual
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS ARE A MUST
