What will you be doing?
Customer support specialists assist customers with inquiries or concerns related to the company's products (Nylon Resin) and services. This position will work closely with the other customer service team members and the sales teams on a daily basis.
* Interacts with sales representatives and customers via phone and email to provide support and information on company products.
* Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers concerns and complaints.
* Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
* Uses knowledge of area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Has prior experience in customer service
* Proficient in MS Office
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Has a positive and professional work attitude
What do you bring?
* Positive, can-do attitude
* 2 years prior experience in sales or customer service.
* Working with POs and invoicing is preferred.
