Job Description

Customer Service

$19-23 (DOE)

Schedule: Monday- Friday (must be available for different shifts and OT)

Temporary position



DUTIES:



* Review and validate all incoming orders by checking and pricing products.

* Transmitting product info to the warehouse accurately and in a timely manner.

* Identify pricing discrepancies

* Work closely with the Corporate pricing/ Customer Service Coordinators and Sales team to quickly resolve any issues without impacting order shipments.

* Monitor/ tracking orders for a timely shipments and invoicing (by checking the daily reports, TMS system, etc).

* Working closely with the warehouses/ planner/ traffic dept to identify gaps for flawless order execution.

* Process Manual orders, processing sample orders, monitoring and tracking delivery in JDE system.

* Support by printing certificates, filling the Export documents, create phytosanitary application, generate FedEx labels for mailing the shipping documents.

* Tracking vessel movement.



EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

* 2 - 3 years in Customer Service.

* High School Diploma

* Pre- employment Screenings
