Job Description

The Customer Service Specialist will provide quality and efficient services to external and internal customers., provide strategic and operational support that enables the exceptional delivery of all banking products and services.



A Customer Service Specialist will support the Operations Team with special emphasis on customer service by telephone.

This position could assist customers with:

*Re-setting passwords for online and mobile banking customers

*Issue replacement debit cards for lost or stolen cards

*Researching potential fraud issues related to deposit accounts

*Prepare wire transfers

*Reconciliation of various internal accounts

*Processing NSF checks or correcting items that did not post due to errors:

*Daily processing procedures for all electronic banking products
