Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Location: Broken Arrow, OK 


  • Supervise a small team of customer service representatives.
  • Manage daily workload to ensure service volume and quality levels are met.
  • Train and coach staff in standard policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor staff performance and implement improvements.
  • Respond to escalated issues and provide direct customer support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize customer satisfaction.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Three years of customer service supervision experience.
  • Expertise with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attributes: Attention to detail, personable, organized, motivated.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Work is performed in surroundings with moderate noise levels.
  • Requires standing, walking, sitting, using hands, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reading, talking, or hearing.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
