Manpower is recruiting for an Customer Service Account Manager in Zion, IL to Interact with customers via phone and email to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Temp to Perm opportunity. $20 to $22 Hourly DOE



First Shift: 7:30am to 4:30pm



What is the job?



" Develop long term customer relationships



" Support inbound phone calls from customers



" Take orders via email and own the process from start to finish



" Check Freight Rates and Create Invoices

* 3 to 5 years of Customer Service Experience
