Cylinder Prep Operators $18-20 Full Time



Manpower is currently seeking full-time cylinder prep operators in the Palm, PA area. As an employee of Manpower you will have the opportunity to work at one or multiple clients that we have on a temporary or temporary to hire basis.

What the job is:

● Performs general shipping platform duties required for shipping all types of gas cylinders

● Removes material from stock for shipment

● Prepares material for shipment in accordance with established procedures by correctly stenciling, labeling and tagging cylinders and related products

● Attaches dust plus and dust caps, wires down hand wheels, shrink wraps valves and cylinders as required

● Accurately completes required documentation including bill of lading shipping inspection checklist

● Loads cylinders properly following all pertinent DOT, IMDG, and IATA requirements



What you bring to the job:

● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively, work outside, use hand tools and move gas cylinders

● Prior Forklift experience

● HS Diploma or equivalent
