Job Description

Manpower is looking for Data Entry Specialist with customer service for onsite work which is near St. James Area for $12.50 per hour.

What is the job?



* Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.

* Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.

* Establishes entry priorities.

* Sorting mail, shipping outgoing mail and packages

* Entering data on a desktop while lifting packages that weights 50lbs

* Tracking supplies and ordering supplies if needed

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails

* Follow up customer calls where necessary using phones

* Complete call logs and reports

* Other duties as assigned



What do you bring to the job?



* High school diploma or equivalent

* Proficient in relevant computer applications

* 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment or administration

* Knowledge of customer service practices and principles

* Excellent data entry and typing skills

* Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills

* Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately

* Ability to work from in between 7:30AM to 5:00PM

* Ability to work 5 days in a week with possibility of working on a weekend

* Ability to speak and comprehend English.

* Ability to pass a documentation

* Able to start immediately
