Manpower has partnered with a leading Canadian Bank. Our client is in search of a Data Entry II for 6 months.
Data Entry II $25/hr

- Rotational schedule: rotational schedule: Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
- Weekends and Overtime not required.

* What's the Job?
The main function of a data entry specialist is to operate data entry devices, such as a keyboard or computer, to verify and input data. A typical data entry specialist is responsible for accurate information documentation and personal project management. Technical skills include documentation skills and time management.
* What do you bring to the job?
-Read source documents sales reports, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields
-Using keyboards.
-Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
-Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.
-Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
-Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
-Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
-Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Updating card holder accounts
- various processes such as fulfillment, etc.

* Tech confident - Excel (navigating spreadsheets)
* Must be able to work independently

* Previous admin (1+ year experience)

* EDUCATION:
high school required. 1+ years of experience
