- Work Location: Kelowna_613 Adams Road_Kelowna_BC_V1X 7R9

- Salary: $19.5/hour (Weekly payroll deposit every Friday)

- Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9:00AM - 5:30PM (two 15 min paid breaks .30 unpaid break) (37 hrs/wk)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative and technical support to District Manager and Unit Managers

- Detail oriented; accurate capture of shipments and weights

- Ensures all parcels have necessary paperwork

- Exemplifies and consistently demonstrates our core competencies of communication, innovation, change management, relationship building and leadership

- Excellent organizational skills - ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines

- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

- Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience in word processing and spreadsheet applications (MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook)

- 50 w.p.m. minimum

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Previous related experience and excellent telephone manner

- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow up

- Previous administrative and technical background

- Excellent organizational skills - ability to work independently, prioritize and meet tight deadlines

- At least 3-5 yrs working experience
