What will you be doing?





* Assist crew members and work to learn all aspects of machine operation

* Read and gain understanding of all factory card instructions as it relates to customer requirements

* Learn and understand dunnage and palletizing requirements

* Palletizes per factory card; verifies load counts are accurate and records them

* Performs regular machine cleanups and minor maintenance as instructed by crew member

* Immediately reports all safety, mechanical, or electrical problems to the operator/supervisor

* Recognize non-conforming product and advise operator/supervisor

* Able to use factory card to assemble tooling needed for each job

* Able to perform all duties of a machine helper

* Assist Operator of the machine, performing setups, monitoring, cleaning, and adjustments

* Keeps area clean and organized

* Performs similar job duties as required



What do you bring?





* High school diploma or equivalent

* Writing, mathematical skills, and a basic mechanical understanding

* Two or more years' experience with machine operation, preference in box plant

* Experience with die cutters/flatbed cutters/printing presses

* Able to work under pressure and meet time deadlines

* Ability to handle high stress environment

* Ability to withstand dusty and noisy conditions

* Ability to lift 50-80 lbs., push/pull 100 lbs.

* Ability to stand, bend or stoop for extended periods of time
