Our client, Hatch Stamping, in Chelsea is currently seeking a dedicated and highly motivated individual to work as a Die Setter ! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that starts immediately. Apply today!

Location: Hatch Stamping in Chelsea, MI

Compensation: $16.00 per hour – WEEKLY PAY!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Verify that die maintenance has been done according to the die tag
• Follow die setting procedure for each press, verifying at the same time that set-up sheets are updated and/or changed if needed
• Keep presses stocked with materials
• Document piece counts for the end of each run, shift change and/or changing of job
• Observe the visual and gauge quality of the presses in an assigned area

Here’s What You Need To Apply:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Press operation/die setter experience
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Skilled with both hand and power tools
• Must possess demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Computer operating and programming skills
