Manpower is currently seeking a Business Partner II for a long-term contract opportunity with a major pipeline client located in Chatham, ON. This position is a hybrid role working in office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday while working remotely on Wednesday and Friday.

What will you be doing?
* Develop the SCM component of the Project Management Plan (PMP)
* Develop the SCM supply plan and contracting plan
* Monitor actual performance against the SCM supply plan and contracting plan and address issues / concerns
* Facilitate approval of Contract Development Plans (CDP) & Contract Award Recommendations (CAR)
* Provide input into SCM progress reports
What will you bring?
* Minimum of B.S. or equivalent in Supply Chain or a relevant engineering, legal or business discipline
* Demonstrated ability to develop wide and diverse networks
* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence third parties such as suppliers, governmental organizations and partners
* Strong written and oral communication skills
