Job Description

Electrical Assembler
Location: Allen, TX
Shift: (Day shift) Monday to Thursday 5 am to 330 pm w/ occasional overtime on Friday depending on business needs
Pay Rate: $18-$21/hr depending on experience
Job Type: Full time, temp-to-perm

General Summary:
The Electrical Assembler role is to execute production orders delivered by the production supervisor according to a precise daily schedule. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, high-quality, complete-on-time delivery of components.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Pick and issue material for production by following the production order.
  • Collect the material needed as stated in the production order.
  • Produce the components according to the production drawings.
  • Confirm the work done using SAP or other specific tools.
  • Execute rework when necessary, according to instructions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workplace.
Skills, Education, and Experience 
  • Ability to perform electrical assembler positions within the department (electrical assembly experience in assembly line REQUIRED).
  • Must exhibit excellent attention to detail; quality assurance experience is a PLUS.
  • Must have basic familiarity with computers and computer use.
  • Ability to exert up to 35 lbs of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, socket wrenches, hammers, pliers, impact wrenches, wire cutters, tape measure, and other job-related tools.
