Pay: $80k - $110k per year, depending on experience
Schedule: M-F 1st Shift
Assignment Length: Direct-hire

Duties:

• Ensuring productivity, quality of work standards, and safety programs are upheld within department
• Troubleshooting and failure analysis
• Developing electrical maintenance team members
• Scheduling and preparing work orders
• Maintaining and controlling parts inventory
• Compiling and submitting daily and weekly reports
• Managing employee schedules and payroll

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, certified electrician, maintenance/instrumentation Technician, or electrical/instrumentation engineering technologist
• 4+ years’ experience in a maintenance supervisory role
• Strong computer skills with MS Office experience
• Formal training in failure analysis preferred
