Manpower is hiring for technicians to work alongside a team of en engineers, coders, creatives, and colorists coming together to craft a quality hair dye! If you have experience in preventative maintenance/service on a variety of proprietary electro-mechanical equipment and desire to work at a state-of-the-art facility, please read on!

* True Temp to Hire Position
* Pay rate: $18 - $22/hr. DOE
* 1st Shift and 2nd Shift Available: 5:30am - 2pm OR 3pm - 11:30pm
* Located in El Segundo, CA
What you will be doing:
* Performing preventative maintenance and service on electro-mechanical equipment
* Supporting development, implementation, and maintenance on dispensary machinery and ancillary production equipment
* Resolving multiple types of machine issues which involve problem solving skills
* Working with technical manager to develop procedures to standardize the repair/rebuild of mechanical modules
* Using appropriate test equipment to isolate problems and make repairs in a timely manner
* Assisting in determining inventory quantity levels of machine parts and sourcing
* Moving equipment/components as required; unloading machinery that arrives at the facility
* Ensuring a safe environment is presented during equipment repair and maintenance
* Providing support for all other production tasks and cleaning / organization of the machine shop
* Assisting in preparing, maintenance and upholding procedures for the operational and maintenance automation line equipment
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma is required. AA degree or higher preferred
* Must have experience in a warehouse/production environment
* Must possess strong analytical and problem - solving skills and be able to service equipment in an accurate and timely manner adhering to requisite specifications
* Strong Windows or Mac user, with proficiency in Word and Excel
* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Processes
* Self - motivated, team collaborative, with a keen attention to detail
