Electronic Lab Technician I
Our client in North Carolina is looking for a top talent to cover their Electronic Technician II position!
Essential functions include but are not limited to:
1 Lab safety
* Experience and knowledge of high voltage safety (e.g., safety procedures/practices, PPE, etc.)
* Experience and knowledge of machine shop (e.g., safety procedures/practices, etc.)
* Fabricate cable harnesses and connectors based on voltage and current ratings
1 Lab Organization
* Manage and maintain lab equipment, instrument, and tools (e.g., hand and power tools)
1 Lab cleaning
* Building and testing prototype devices
* Construct, test, and repair prototype devices under test, including cables and connectors
* Troubleshoot prototype devices using documentation and inputs from design engineers
* PCBA rework and soldering
* Experience building and testing high-voltage and high-power electronics test fixtures a plus B.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Associate degree or equivalent experience
* Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience
* Understanding of power lab equipment and power lab safety
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Documentation skills
* Collaborative working style and team-player attitude
* Good organization skills
* Good oral communication skills
Location
* North Carolina
Shift Schedule
* Monday to Friday - From 8am to 5pm
Pay rate
* $35/hr
