Job Description

Manpower is partnering with a large Electronics Equipment Manufacturer and Distributor in Fremont, CA. We will be hosting On-Site Interviews on Thursday, May 12th, This is a Temp to Hire Role. Those who interview and meet requirements will be able to start working the next day.



Location: Fremont, CA



Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm w/ possible OT



Hourly Rate: $22-24

On-site

Interviews Date: May 12th, 2022



**Must be able to pass a 9-Panel Drug Test and 7-year background check**



We are seeking Wiring Assemblers who will be responsible for the following:

* Read and interpret wiring diagrams, process sheets and schematic drawings.

* Complete assembly and wiring of electrical components per drawings.

* Use wire termination and component layout tools including but not limited to strippers, wire cutters, wire crimpers, screwdrivers, tee square, machinist square, tape measure, wrenches and pliers.

* Follow Company established practices for wire termination, routing, bundles, wire harnesses and wire numbers.

* Wire complete panels per drawings including back panels and wiring between devices/ components.

* Operate computer terminal and wire labeling equipment.

* Keep work area clean and organized.

* Keep the supervisor informed of problems, progress and suggestions in a timely manner.

* Adhere to established safety guidelines.

* Independently inspect own work for in process defects to ensure error-free products.

* Mount devices to back panels and enclosures using a variety of methods including drilling and tapping.

* Identify opportunities that provide cost effective alternative methods to process and materials.

* Keep red-lines of any drawing changes required during manufacturing and turn in to supervisor upon their request.

* Perform other duties which may be required by supervisor.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of experience in a electrical wiring. Must be able to work overtime as needed and successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Physical Demands:

Activities: Sitting - 5% Walking/Standing - 95%

Lifting: Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

Bending: Must be able to bend, squat, crawl and climb.

Vision: Long periods of close work on small fonts and fine print on drawings and ability to see small or detailed items.

Mental Demands: Interpret, analyze, research and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Environment: Shop/warehouse. Not climate controlled. Exposure to heat and cold conditions, noise/vibration, hazards, dust and fumes.

Assemble or modify electrical or electronic equipment, such as computers, test equipment telemetering systems, electric motors, and batteries.
