Job Description

Job Title: Engineering Order Administrator



Location: North Seattle, WA (Working Remotely Initially - COVID 19 Protocol)



Employment Category: Contract to Hire



Contract Length: 6 - 12 Months (Conversion after Contract Concludes)



Hourly Offering: $20.00/W2 (Maximum Hourly Offering)



Citizenship: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder



Onboarding Requirement: Background Check & Drug screen



Education Requirement: High School Diploma (Minimum Requirement)



Position Summary:



A highly visible position is responsible for managing all incoming revenue orders to our client. This is a centralized resource with primary control over the distribution of orders for booking and sales credit. This person will manage inbound customer inquiries - which could be technical - and triage all new orders for completeness.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:





* Acts as liaison between technical staff and sales personnel to ensure that all orders meet order review, processing, and revenue recognition criteria.

* Supports an assigned sales territory as well as serves as a primary internal partner representing order operations activities

* Identifies all areas where an order contains non-standard terms and conditions and/or does not meet order acceptance policy.

* Reviews audits and verifies all order information making corrections as necessary.

* When an order is complete and all approvals have been received, enters an order into the CRM system, including revenue orders and RMA requests.



Minimum Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)





* 2+ years of experience in order processing, working with databases, data procedures, and/or data administration

* Experience in MS Office including MS Excel

* Experience in process development and administration

* Proven time management and organizational skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication



Preferred Qualifications:





* 1 - 2 years' inside sales or sales support experience

* Experience in managing sales activity in Microsoft Dynamics (Current CRM)

* Detail-oriented with analytical thinker

* Team player with good interpersonal ability
