Equipment Operator 1

What will you be doing?

* Reporting to the Fabrication Supervisor

* Mark orders as started or completed on DMM

* Set up and operate a variety of machines for fabricating specific parts, eg., Punch Shear Genius, Bending Brake, Pierce-All

* Ensure the long-term integrity of equipment by performing operator maintenance

* Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton's Philosophy and Values as well as the Safety and Environmental standards.

* Ability to work night shift (4-2:30am Monday to Thursday) or day shift (7-3:30pm Monday to Friday) as required

What do you bring?

* Positive, can-do attitude

* Grade 12 or equivalent level of education

* Basic computer skills

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills

* Excel in a team environment

* Knowledge/experience reading basic wiring schematic symbols is an asset

* Experience using punch press Shear Genius, Press Brakes and/or copper punch is an asset
